Sonder is a T. rex, but Sonder is NOT an ordinary T. rex. No, not at all!
If you have ever wished that you were more like everyone else, then stay tuned and stay curious! Coming in 2026, in collaboration with Amanda Day Rose, I am eager to introduce you to Certainly, Sonder .

Sonder wishes he could be just like everyone else, but through the love of his parents he learns the meaning of his name and discovers that everyone has a story, strengths that make them special, and a place where they belong.
Certainly, Sonder is a heartfelt story about empathy, kindness, and learning to love yourself and others.
Certainly, Sonder was written by Sarah Powlison, who lives with NF1 and whose favorite word is “sonder.” It is illustrated by Amanda Rose, who lives with NF2-SWN and who looks for shining stars when it’s dark and rainbows in the rain. Sarah and Amanda are advocates for increased awareness about NF and for a future where more treatments are available for NF1, NF2-related Schwannomatosis, and Schwannomatosis. You can find them organizing events, speaking to leaders on Capitol Hill for increased funding, participating in clinical research or advisory panels, supporting friends who live with NF, overcoming their own medical challenges, and doing so with joy, laughter, and love for their NF Neighborhood.
